From light yellow to orange our urine comes in a variety of shades and while peeing in a spectrum of different hues of urine may seem normal, it is a not sign of good health.  You can analyze the color of your urine and use it as a useful tool for diagnosis; for example, if you urine is an amber or honey shade then that probably means that you aren’t drinking enough water.

In order to make it easier to analyze our urine the Cleveland Clinic created a graphic about the different hues of urine and what they can mean about our health. If you are concerned about your health after analyzing your urine color, the Cleveland Clinic recommends you visit your doctor for further analysis.
